Introducing Mohammed

I am an English teacher at A’ali Intermediate Boys’ School in Bahrain. I am a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert. I am also an Ambassador of many amazing EdTech platforms that boost discussions within my teaching environment, promote engagement and active participation, create a positive learning environment, promote critical thinking, and foster a sense of curiosity. I believe that all children are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow mentally, emotionally, and socially. Fun Fact! I am a professional chess player.

Mohammed’s ThingLink Project

I have created an amazing ThingLink project about a very special Islamic celebration called “Eid Al-Fitr”. I wanted to share some traditions and fun facts about this festive holiday with everyone around the community and beyond. So, In this ThingLink project, everyone will recognize what this global celebration means and how it is celebrated. Get inspired and test your knowledge with this ready-to-view ThingLink project and let the fun begins!

What other ThingLink Projects do you use with your students?

Since I believe that collaboration and communication are the key components of my teaching philosophy in building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, I created a “Selfie ThingLink” to let them connect with me easier, better, and faster than ever. This project inspires everyone to connect, create, and innovate.

I always think of a way that enhances communication, information sharing, and community building to connect with students, parents, and teachers nationally and globally, so, I decided to create my “Selfie ThingLink” and share with everyone everywhere to connect and interact with each other and foster a sense of closeness and community. In fact, sharing is caring. That is why, I always share my insights, best practices, tips and tricks on my social media accounts and be sure that everyone gets it as fast as possible. So, my “Selfie ThingLink” project is a great way that inspires and empowers everyone with everything they need to create an environment of innovation in education using technology.

What do you love about using ThingLink?

What I love most about ThingLink is that it allows users to add annotations, links, and questions to images and videos making them more interactive and more engaging. Also, when creating ThingLink projects, we always have deeper conversations. So, ThinkLink has taken my students’ learning to a highly new level in a super fun, engaging, interactive, and meaningful way.
